Tomcat .war file deploy error

I need some help. I have a Plesk 8.2 running in a RHEL, i need to install Java app, i try to install .war from Plesk and after some time a get the next message:

Error: Unable to start up Java application: Possible reason - Tomcat service is not currently running on the server.

Te Tomcat is running, also i restart it but nothing.

I tried to install other .war to but i got the same Error.

Please i really need to resolve this as soon as posible, if someone knows some path to resolve this i will be really grateful.
