Too many connections - run-all.sh server halts

I have serious issue with script run-all.sh
It started failling sometime ago and taking whole server down ! - PLS help to investigate the issue

PLESK: 11.1
OS: Centos 5.8

please try to increase the connection limits as described in the Odin - Knowledge - base:

"Too many connections" error in the Parallels Plesk interface ( KB - article 769 )
