• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Transfering servers using Migration

One of my servers has been hacked. The following problem has appeared.

When migrating the hacked server (1) to a spare server (x) there is no problem at all. However, I do want my customers to be redirected to the right server.
The spare server is located on a diferent IP in another network so transfering the IP is not an option.

A friend of my suggested to change all the NS records in BIND however, that takes time.

There are 2 options: 1 is that every record is being changed (more than 500) or that I replace them al. Somebody can tell me if there are other options?
