• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I have a problem with your Plesk application.

I am currently trying to migrate my companies Web server to another server (with plesk).

I have successfully exported the private key from the original server successfully. The file that was exported had an file extension like filename.pfx.

When trying to Import this into Plesk I have absolutely no luck. It gives me error message

Unable to set private key the private key format is invalid

The following is what im doing:

* Click server Click Certificates Click Add
* Enter Certificate name (Fill in form)
* Attach private key file via the browse button
* Attach the certificate via the browse button

I would be very grateful if you could give me some assistance.
