I received sitebuilder with my web hosting service. I have a feedback form on my site to solicit customer response. Ever since I put it up I have been getting responses that look like this:

Here is an example:

First name: jEUPUKeKl
Last name: XbobvoFQVvy
E-mail: lDJvUnbdTrgliXDKP
Address: DuFxNEAVV
City: ytQiBaXomZysEAMFfH
State: KOahxeTFz
ZIP: upWnDyiPbySKLuy
Phone: SGhcHzloKJCeDERu

Here is another example:

First name: VdwHyoUBViC
Last name: NCnIYVBqTYiqdUSZsBj
E-mail: VuNEZDNmPzVwCBidb
Address: orNjIGcwnVGkzDERo
City: JKjqqJCXx
State: ChzLrwIYEeIRrDZLjn
ZIP: YcIIihNFzUenn
Phone: ahfOREDfe

I have been ytring to figure out if these are legitimate requests that have been lost in translation or somebody messing with me. I have received about 10 of these since October. I am a small business so if I am losing 10 leads in 2 months it is really hurting me. The webpage that contains the form is:
Can anybody help me out?

Hello,
Do you have put a captcha field in your form ?

I'd like to try that but now I can't even edit my site. I get a message that says that I have created a trial site and to assign it to my account. In the address bar it says change site owner. Any idea what that's about. I'm concerned if I do the wrong thing I might lose all the work I've put into my site.
