trouble with plesk and wordpress

Hi out there,
i have som issues using wordpress an plesk on a Vserver (strato)

i'm using win server 2012 and plesk 12.x

when i install wordpress und try to install a theme always error 403 occurs.
my guess is that the folder were the wordpress-data is put into has no wirting rights
- i tried to give rw rights via plesk and virtuel folders and also tried it directly using root on vserver via remotedesktop
nothing happened so far error is still there

another question
my vserver is devided into an OS partition and an data partition - strato installed plesk on the os partition - is there an opportunity to put the data for webpages on the data partition via plesk ?

Have you tried to repair permissions with Plesk Reconfigurator at least?

after changing dir in reconfigurator

reinstalled whole server - set folder from beginning to D
now everything works fine
seems the plesk users could'nt write on C - wich is pretty good imo
