trubles with ssh from plesk panel

I have some strange problems with freebsd & plesk 7.5.3
i can connect to my box from openssh client (linux), from putty ssh client but when i try to ssh from panel (sshTerm icon) - it ask me for password and do nothing.

thats the log from server:
