Trying to restore without backup, only the 'psa/*' directory

We had a problem with the backup scripts of Plesk and we don't have any backup file generated by the Plesk Panel. All that we have is the 'psa' folder (/var/lib/psa), and we have been forced to reinstall the OS. We have installed the Plesk again, and we need to know if we can restore the data (domains, databases, etc...) only with the directory. I read something on internet but nothing clear. Of course we have all the subdirectories of the psa folder.
