Tutorials on Webpage Design?

I am new at Plesk, and cannot find any tutorials on actual web page design. My web services contact was unable to provide any help either, other than showing me file manager. Do I need to use frontpage or similar or can I design with Plesk?

Also, is there any way to play with the page and preview WITHOUT saving what I've done?

are you using plesks Sitebuilder? I would prefer to use Dreamweaver CS3, MS Expressions web for your web design. Let me know if you need some help designing your page I am a professional designer.
