This all started cause I needed to install joomla and when I click the installer in the Plesk panel it tells me that my PHP version is too old. So I click on the upgrade link on the plesk panel and I get an error saying that :
Syntax error in file C:\ParallelsInstaller\parallels\panel.inf3: Error reading Attributes.
and the 3 icons are greyed out.
I tried running the automated installer but that just opens a webpage and has me login with the admin system account and spins a wheel saying that this may take several minutes. and it has been sitting like that for about 3 hours with no change I'm assuming that it was crapped out.
any advice would be appreciated. As of right now my website is down.
