Unable to accept the template

I get the follow error in the event outputs when trying to add new customers through the web store. I have tried enabling frontpage and disabling all features this is not taking. Client is pushed to linux but the subscriptions are not fails on the plan and in progress was on the domain but that finally went through. Domain name has now been created with no way to link it officially to it's package once I get this fixed.

Any suggestions on this? (because it is 10.2 there is no option to add Frontpage page counts)

Try to find FR options for plan with
