Unable to Access Plesk Control Panel

Hi,

I can view the login page for the Plesk Control Panel, I'm using Plesk Panel 9.5. But I cannot access to it, there's no error message, but when I entered the username and password, it'll redirect back to the Login Page again, it won't go into the system at all.

But if I entered the wrong password, it'll indicate that the password entered is incorrect.

I've restart Plesk Panel Service, check the DB, verified and confirmed the password I entered is correct.

Anyone can help on this?

Btw, this is for Plesk Panel Windows 9.5 running in Windows Server 2008

Do you have enabled SSO? Try to disable it.

I've disabled the sso.exe but still can't access.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\bin>sso.exe -d
SUCCESS: SSO disabled

Any other way?
