Question Unable to change preferred domain configuration?

Hi everyone,

Newbie here. A while back I set up a website and when asked about the preferred domain configuration, I chose 'none'. However, upon reading and learning more I understand it's better to go with either www or non-www.

Going back to change this, I now seem to be unable to make this change. My options are grewed out.

Any suggestions why this could be the case? I'm running Wordpress with the Enfold theme.

You can change this setting any time using Hosting settings button under domain overview page
