Unable to Create a New Email Account!

When creating a new email "[email protected]" via Plesk, I get the error message: "The mail name support is already in the domain". Does this mean that such email adress already exists? If so, I don't see it under the list of email accounts. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
