Unable to find local service node: After update 9.54 to 11.09, Plesk doesn't start

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

Plesk 11.09, Debian Squeeze,
I have updated Plesk 9.54 to 11.09, but Plesk doesn't start:

------------------------------------------------------------
ERROR: PleskDBException

Up Level
Unable to find local service node

0: ServiceNodes.php:228
Db_Table_Broker_ServiceNodes->getLocalServiceNode()
1: auth.php3:510
------------------------------------------------------------

When I restart Plesk from the command line with
/etc/init.d/psa start
/etc/init.d/psa stopall
I also get "Unable to find local service node".
In addition, apache2 is not started again, I have to start it myself

------------------------------------------------------------
root@clusterman:/var/log# /etc/init.d/psa start
Plesk: Stopping Mail Server... done
Stopping mailer service... not installed
Stopping mysql service... done
Stopping postgresql service... done
Stopping psa-spamassassin service... done
Stopping tomcat6 service... done
Stopping apache2 service... done
root@clusterman:/var/log# /etc/init.d/psa start
Starting xinetd service... done
Starting mysql service... done
Starting bind9 service... done
Starting postgresql service... done
Starting psa-spamassassin service... done
Plesk: Starting Mail Server... done
Unable to find local service node
Starting psa... done
------------------------------------------------------------

Can anyone explain what "Unable to find local service node" means?

BTW, I had one trouble updating: installing sw-cp-server gave me the error
"Duplicate config variable in conditional 0 global: var.sso_username"

I commented out the last line in /etc/sw-cp-server/applications.d/sso-cpserver.conf

------------------------------------------------------------
#include_shell "/etc/sw-cp-server/applications.d/sso.socket.sh 8443 ipv6"
------------------------------------------------------------

following the advice of RamlazanC in http://forum.parallels.com/printthread.php?t=109933
Could that have something to do with my "Unable to find local service node" message?
Where can I get a correct sso-cpserver.conf file?

Greetings
Michael

I commented out the last line in /etc/sw-cp-server/applications.d/sso-cpserver.conf

------------------------------------------------------------
#include_shell "/etc/sw-cp-server/applications.d/sso.socket.sh 8443 ipv6"
------------------------------------------------------------
...
Where can I get a correct sso-cpserver.conf file?

You shouldn't have sso-cpserver.conf file at all if you are running Plesk 11. Instead there should be files 00-sso-cpserver.conf and sso.socket.sh, or none at all if you don't have SSO (and CBM) installed. Seems like these files were not upgraded properly.

Also run
# /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.0.9-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

Thanks Igor and Nikolay, for pointing me to the bootstrapper, and thanks Nikolay for the clarification about sso-cpserver.conf. Running boostrapper.sh repair solved the problem for me. Or - almost. I had to change bootstrapper.sh accoring to http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?p=633784
It's interesting that not more people complain about the backticks in bootstrapper.sh.
