Issue Unable to generate the web server configuration file on the host ... : Template_Exception: AH00543: httpd: bad user name xyz

Silver Pleskian
This morning I got a message saying the web server configuration file cannot be created..
An old hosting's username is apparently missing..

I checked on the server and indeed the user xyz is missing..
However, the files on disk are a mix of old and new usernames..

I wonder if the hosting owner changed the FTP or system username and somehow this was not propagated properly?

Checked and indeed the FTP username was changed -- but the system and probably the web server was still expecting the old username to be present..
This looks like a bug.

Btw, this was the email I got:

Unable to generate the web server configuration file on the host <jedi.kalfaoglu.net> because of the following errors:

Template_Exception: AH00543: httpd: bad user name XYZ

file: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Template/Writer/Webserver/Abstract.php
line: 75
code: 0

Please resolve the errors in web server configuration templates and generate the file again.

PS: Real username changed to XYZ to protect the innocent.
