Unable to install ASP web application

Hi

I am unable to install ASP webapplication in one client domain. I am able to install in other cleint domain. I was getting error like "No mapping between account names and security Ids was done". I can able to create subdirectory, when it tries to create database gives me above error. Can somebody help me pls.
