Resolved Unable to Login/recover to my Plesk control panel

We currently apply for domain hosting from ethiotelecom and we received link (https://lin2.ethiotelecom.et:8443/) and credential to access the plesk control panel. But we are unable to login with the provided credential and couldn't receive the verification link to recover. Please help
 
Please ask your hosting provider for assistance as they are providing you with hosting.
