Unable to make Backup

os_Debian 10.0
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.61
I have different subscriptions and different WP instances on my Plesk. Some WP instances can be easily backed up using the WP Toolkit. But some projects cause problems. I get this error message for both projects:

II have already searched through several sources, but unfortunately have not found anything. I would be very grateful for any tips.
