Issue Unable to open url

As a user earlier, I was able to access this URL but now, I am redirecting a login but i dont know username and password.
What to do ??
Please, anybody, reply.

If you're just a normal user you should have a login to the portal. If you're the administrator, you should have the login to it as well and update the panel address. If you're not the administrator and don't have access, I'd suggest you open a ticket with whoever is the administrator.

But this website was open to the public without a login it's a university website for students, but all of a sudden, why does it demands a login? will any hosting error occurred? or something else? Please anybody could expalin.

@c59933290 , if the auto-login to Plesk no longer works, it will be best to get in touch with the administrator of the server, so they can check further what's causing the discrepancy. It is very unlikely for the issue to be caused by Plesk itself, but rather the autologin configuration.
