Unable to read configuration file Control Panel

Hi

For several days my server suddenly stops allow access to the domain and if I try to access the control panel I get this message :
Unable to read configuration file Control Panel

I 've been looking at the logs and found not give the reason for blocking access .

Even if I try to access via ssh when I type the password does not give me access

I hope you can help me

Have you tried bootstrapper repair procedure?
