Unable to read IP address

This morning a SSL site was not functioning properly and when I attempted to modify the site under plesk I got the error:

D:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\cmd_mpc.php3:48 psaerror
(string "Unable to generate data: Unable to get system data: unable to define main IP address:
Unable to read ip)

I have been unable to find anything similar in the forums
