I tried to remove a domain in Plesk and I get this error:

Unable to remove clients: Unable to turn the domain OFF: domainmng failed: Run-time error: Execute usermng access off: Unable to get the user (jack) home: (2221) The user name could not be found

It seems that there is no such user in Windows. I think that you should create it manually.
