Issue Unable to send and receive email

Hi All,

We have a problem on my email. Our email unbale to send and receive email. I even send to myself nothing receive. I sent an email to gmail also the gmail no receive. We are using Plesk for windows.
i saw on my email infected by viruses, also some my colleague email.
I have did inactive my email then make new one but the new also same problem.
This is already 4 days and no body can assist me to do to repair.

I don't no this is because of viruses or other thing that cause this happened.
Kindly some one could help me what to do.

@AR Ginawan , without any errors, bounce-back message or configuration details it is very difficult to narrow down what the issue is. Here are some details that could help:

  • How are you sending the emails, e.g. webmail, mail client, contact form, etc.?
  • Does the issue persists for all domain names or for a particular domain(s) only?
  • Do you get any bounce-back message?
  • Have you checked the mail logs?
  • Have you checked if the necessary ports are open in the Firewall (if any)?
