• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Unable to send mail after email migration from cPanel

I have used the migration assistant, it has been working okay. After I migrate the emails for domain.com i have to run the following command which I found form the forums otherwise I can never see any of the emails

chown -R popuser.popuser /var/qmail/mailnames/domain.com

After this I can get all emails fine, but can never send. It always gives password errors no matter what, even if I reset the passwords it is no help.

Any advice would be great as I have another 50 accounts to migrate and cannot deal with all my customers calling me saying they cannot send emails.
 
What error do you get in /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog when the authentication fails?
(also check /var/log/secure just in case)
 
Nothing showing in the logs. It is client side, but EVERY client I have tried it with has to totally delete all accounts they have in outlook, or mac mail app and start from fresh, it then works fine. Never had this problem moving form a cpanel to cpanel server before :(
