Unable to sync and update

What ever i tryed when i want to update a domain's resource usage info with admin account i get the some errors like :

Unable to allocate the required amount of resources (10.0 GB/month traffic). Only 0 B/month traffic are available.

Unable to allocate the required amount of resources (3.00 GB disk space). Only 0 B disk space are available.

Unable to allocate the required amount of resources (30 mailboxes). Only 0 mailboxes are available.


sth. like this do you think is this possible ?

server os is linux centos 5.5
Plesk 10.x

Did you change it in Service Plan or for subscription?
