Issue Unalbe to add workspace in Plesk

I have been trying to add a workspace in Plesk but I get the same error
"mailmng-outgoing failed: ERROR:__main__:UNIQUE constraint failed: sysusers.id"
Would you please help me?

To fix the issue, run the below 2 commands:

# plesk repair db -y
# plesk repair mail -y

This will solve the inconsistencies in the database.
