unlimited domains stopping at 11

I have a customer account with unlimited domains setting and it will not add a 12th domain. Parallels software is unlimited so I'm confused

where to I need to look and see about fixing this?

not sure where to look for the error or the reason by but did double check and the customer is set for unlimited. tried to set it to 100 and that did not help

never mind found the problem I had locked the account and before I changed it to unlimited

just learned about locked accounts :)
