Issue unnormal disk usage

I need your help.
The size of my website = 3.19 GB
Database size = 199 MB
But the disk used on my website shows a size of 21028.6 MB = 21 GB I searched and could not find which folder uses this size.

You only have your httpdocs folder selected.
Go back a level, and see if there's a lot in backups or some other file

# du -h
on your "Home directory" to get a tree of your disk usage including subtotals of the directories.

In addition to what @VW Nut and @Peter Debik suggested you can install the Diskspace Usage Viewer extension on your server/vps to get a better view of your diskspace usage.
