Regular Pleskian
Hi,

Someone couldn't send me an email !
(i think this is the first time this has happened...)

Here is the error message received by the sender:
<[email protected]>: Command died with status 100:
"/etc/postfix/disclaimer_pluginplesk_adjustmassivemail". Command output:
Mail handler 'limit-out' said: REPLY:554:5.7.0 Your message could not be
sent. The user filteramm is not allowed to send email.

This error happened few hours after i have updating plesk to 18.0.29...
NB : I allways switched off "limitations on outgoing email messages"...

Thx.

Hello

Try do uninstall and reinstall Massive Adjust Mailbox extention

Thx a lot sebgonzes !
I am "horrified" par this plugin... I definitively uninstalled it.
There is no problem with this plugin, it's works fine.... this is an setting of plesk in this case that have reset whitelist of mail outgoing user, what is wrong for who use custom configuration.

To see your actual whilelist user :

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailmng-outgoing --show-whitelist

To add user that use this plugin :

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailmng-outgoing --add-to-whitelist --sysuser=filteramm

in anycase, you shouldn't have problem if you don't use outgoing mail, it's very strange in your case.
