Issue Update > Blank Panel (forced apt-get update, install and upgrade with -f)

Excuse me masters.
Sorry, I was having issues trying to update plesk to the latest version to see if that would fix the errors that the migration tool gives me.
Since I was having issues updating plesk, I tried the apt-get update upt-get install and apt-get upgrade many times and I even did it with -f once
I received an email saying that the update was cancelled or not finished but at the right side on the plesk panel it says it is installed.
BUT the problem is that now I have blank pages all over the panel for example the mail section and others.

Pls help, my life is on the line xD xD xD x'D x'F x'C xc

Eg. 1:Login, 2: click on Mail, 3: Blank Page

The repair tool isn't working, I'll show you terminal output

Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS
Plesk: 18.0.37 (assuming it did install after all that)

Picture one, when you log into the panel you get some errores
When you click on any other section on the menu you get blank pages.

Than your for replying I tried using the repair command different ways too, and it didnt work or well it did what it had to but I still had blank pages everywhere. Now I dont know how plesk support works because we dont have an account or anything like that so I assume the license was bought with a reseller so the question now is can I still go to plesk support like this? what information do I need just the license?
