Update from 10.2.0 to 11.0.9

Hi there,

i have started the update from 10.2.0 to 11.0.9 but it has stuck for quite a long time at the following point:

Installation started in background
Determining the packages that need to be installed.
The following components will be installed because they are required by the components you selected: 'mysql-client'
File downloading PANEL-WIN_11.0.9/dist-msi-Microsoft-2003-i386/panel.msi: 10%..20%..30%..40%..50%..60%..70%..80%..90%..100% was finished.
File downloading PANEL-WIN_11.0.9/dist-msi-Microsoft-2003-i386/panel-management.msi: 10%..20%..30%..40%..50%..60%..70%..80%..90%..100% was finished.

Did you try to find a reason in autoinstaller log?

Resolved

I stopped the installation process and restarted it (locally this time) and it succeded.
The first time i had launched the upgrade from a remote computer via plesk panel.
