The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

On ubuntu 18 this was working:
#compile last imagemagick first .. .I use this easy script.
bash <(curl -sL dist.1-2.dev/imei) --no-sig-verify --imagemagick-version 7.1.0-29 --force
identify -version
wget https://pecl.php.net/get/imagick
tar zxvf imagick
cd imagick-3.7.0/
phpize
./configure
make && make install
cd /usr/lib/php/20190902/
ldd imagick.so | grep Magick
cp -f imagick.so /opt/plesk/php/7.4/lib/php/modules/imagick.so
sudo service apache2 restart
service plesk-php74-fpm restart
But currently its not working ubuntu 20.04 .... anything I'm misising?
