update my OS (Fefora Core 4) with or without PLESK

Hi,


I use a Virtual Server with plesk 8.0 to host my web site.
The OS pre-installed is Fedora core 4, I would like to add a GUI and I suppose the best thing is to re-install the OS.
Does somebody here have already experienced this situation or have any idea?

Thanks in advance

Note : the complete installation of FC4 or the upgrade to FC6 will upgrade also the mysql server and php version, that is also intersting for me.
