Resolved Update Plesk 18.0.68 on CentOS7 result in no website reachable and email not working anymore

Hi,
tonight I updated my CentOS 7.9 Server to Plesk 18.0.68 and after reboot no Website is reachable and email can't be received or sent.
Plesk Webinterface is reachable, also Server can be connected via ssh.
I found no hint in /var/log/messages file or somewhere else to fix this problem.

httpd, nginx, postfix, dovecot services are running.

But looks like all connections will timeout.
Firewall doesn't start anymore with error message:

I did also a kernel update a few days ago to version kernel-3.10.0-1160.119.1.el7.tuxcare.els17.x86_64 without rebooting of the server.
Can this be the problem?

Sorry, I'm lost at the moment...... Need help please.

I fixed all issues with going back to Kernel 3.10.0-1160.119.1.el7.tuxcare.els15.x86_64

This is strange, we have updated multiple hosts yesterday without any errors/issues. Did you check apache and nginx error Logs?

The logs show the successfull start of the services but no communication. I think the new Kernel els17 missed something important for Firewall and/or communication.
