update plesk

hi

i want to update my plesk 9.2.1 to a new version.

when i click in the control panel update he say: No Available updates. when i go to C:\Program Files\Plesk\admin\AutoUpdate i click on PleskUpdater.exe he say also: No Available updates.

i checked the url he use to update: PleskUpdater.exe.config

i see update url: http://pleskwin.download.swsoft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/{0}.xml
When i go to that website by internet explorer i see. this page is don't exist anymore.

how can update my plesk?

(using windows server 2008)
(provider (strato server)

I was looking for this for 2 weeks.
Even my provider (strato service) did't know this.
I told this to him so they can add it in his FAQ database to.
My plesk is updated to 9.3.0 now.
