Update site doesn´t work

Paralells Plesk 10.1.1 on Debian 6 64bit

Dear Users,

I've got a root with Debian as OS, but since I updated from debian 5 to debian 6,
I can't do update any things of Plesk because the update page doesn't work.
This is very mad, because I don't want to reinstall or rollback my OS to fix them.

i´ve open it tcp and udp because i dont know

EDIT:

i opened it inside. Doen´t go. and outside doesn´t go too.
