Update to Plesk 8.3.0.1 fails

If I try to update to: Plesk 8.3.0.1 update 080228.13 I get this error:

Warning: Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one.

How can I update now?

I got the same error, but the update appears to have installed successfully. Here's why: The update is no longer available under Available Updates, it now shows up under Installed Updates, my Plesk version changed under Components Management, and the issue with uploading and extracting ZIP files via File Manager is now resolved (see release notes). So, I think we can ignore the error.
