Resolved Updates and Upgrades won't load

I brought a VPS about a week ago and I use Plesk (Used to use Cpanel)

when I got to https//:domain.com:8443/admin/update/product/ it ties to load but it goes to https//:domain.com:8447/?secret=&locale=en-US and says This site can’t be reached
I've add the port to iptables and save and then restarted.
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)

ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere state NEW tcp dpt:8 447

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)

Even with IPtables turned off, still doesn't work.

After try and trying I used the server IP address and it worked.
