• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Updating all DNS records at once?

Hello,

Does anybody know how to change all the DNS records at once in Plesk? We changed ip's and we want to replace the old ip with the new one in the DNS records of Plesk.

Currently we have updated the dns zone files in bind itself, so not through Plesk. This works fine, but of course in Plesk I still see the old ip's. Is there a way to change them all (accessing the Plesk database directly or some smart feature)?

Regards,

Koen

You can do following trick to update IPs:

1. Add IPs through Plesk
2. Change IP on domain
3. During this process all DNS records will update automatically
