• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Updating Plesk Subscription

Hi All,

Firstly, I cannot seem to use any online chat, skype isnt working for me. I can't find anything anywhere on the site on where I can update my credit card to pay for my plesk subscription!

It's using a personal account and I want to put it on my business card, but can't find anything anywhere! Going out of my mind.

Please help!
 
Have you tried contact your Service Provider or person who sold you subscription?
 
Do you have any billing software for provisioning Plesk subscription? Could you please be more specific and describe your problem with more details?
 
I have a lease with Parallels which I pay a monthly subscription to have Plesk install on my server. I want to update this payment method. My account on Parallels.com shows no order history even though I purchased it via the online store.
