New Pleskian
---------------------------------------------------------------
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE
Plesk Onyx v17.0.17_build1700161028.14 os_Ubuntu 16.04
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
Updating service plan broke website
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
A service plan is configured with "run PHP as FPM application served by NGINX". We made an unrelated change (adding timezone to config directives).
ACTUAL RESULT
After a sync some websites were throwing errors:
(2)No such file or directory: AH02454: FCGI: attempt to connect to Unix domain socket /var/www/vhosts/system/xxxxxxx.com/php-fpm.sock (*) failed
AH01079: failed to make connection to backend: httpd-UDS
EXPECTED RESULT
No error and site remains up.
ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
--------------------------------------------------------------
The fix was to go into the domain's PHP Settings and change to "run PHP as FPM application served by APACHE" then change back to "run PHP as FPM application served by NGINX" again.
