Looks like you need to disable this repository:

* epel: ftp.uni-koeln.de

I have make:

rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__*
rpm --rebuilddb -v -v
yum clean all

After this the cache change to:

# yum update
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, priorities, replace
Setting up Update Process
Determining fastest mirrors
* epel: ftp.nluug.nl

Now the update process runinng but in it I see very often this line:

shell-init: error retrieving current directory: getcwd: cannot access parent directories: No such file or directory

Now Its said:

Just change the directory to another one. Probably that one has been deleted or moved.

Sorry, I do not understand now, unfortunately. Which directory I should change? That error-line is in plesk update and in install fail2ban module. There is no info which directory is missing.

Actually it doesn't matter. How upgrade process goes on?
