upgrade from the latest 11.x to 12.0.18 - epic fail

Hello everyone

Please take a look at the screen - there are no such files on ssh after upgrade
and log has many errors like this
shell-init: error retrieving current directory: getcwd: cannot access parent directories: No such file or directory

what can I do to restore plesk at any vesion?

but whats happened?
prevuois plesk upgrades didnt ask to reboot
