Upgrade Issues

Hello all,

I apologize upfront as I have been using a simple control panel for years but have recently purchased a Parallels panel so my customers could manage their email accounts. All was running fine until I upgraded to 11.0.9 which installed correctly. Here is the list of events.

1. Installed 11.0.9 a couple weeks ago.
2. Tried to add a new domain today. - Broke my html domain which was also my primary domain but the Word Press sites were still live.
3. Received an error message that the domain was added but there were configuration issues with a template (I didn't create any templates)
4. I clicked on the link to regenerate the broken code. Didn't do anything so I thought.
5. All domains go down. Now I get the below emailed to me.
6. Submitted support tickets but no help so far...

Unable to generate the web server configuration file on the host <ip-50-63-152-200.ip.secureserver.net> because of the following errors:

httpd: Syntax error on line 210 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 8 of /etc/httpd/conf.d/zz010_psa_httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 12 of /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/vhosts_bootstrap.conf: Could not open configuration file /var/www/vhosts/spiecefitness.com/conf/13424992520.24957400_httpd.include: No such file or directory

Or this one (Which is blank with no syntax errors so where to start on that one...)

Here is the control panel log in message.
New files of configuration for Apache web server were not built due to errors in configuration templates: . The detailed error message was e-mailed to you, so please check the e-mail, fix the errors, and click here to retry generating broken configuration or click here to retry generating of all configurations.

I can fuddle my way through the control panel but not real strong with the configuration part. Any one else have these issues?

Server info:
CentOS 5.6 (Final)
Linux System

The status of selinux should either be Disabled or Permissive. Check it:

# getenforce
Enforcing

Switch selinux to Permissive mode and the issue will disappear:

# setenforce 0
# getenforce
Permissive

Found the issue. When I added another domain it didn't properly finish setting up within the control panel which made the panel unstable. The panel ended up removing hosting from another domain which was the reason why that went down. Talking with someone with more knowledge then myself they ran some scripts to completely remove the domain from the hosted side of the panel which kept the email accounts. I just needed to add the hosting back to the domain and upload the website files again. I lost the database that I created but that was fine since I didn't start working within it. Thanks for the help.

I was wondering who you talked to and where to get these scripts? I have the exact same issue with my setup. I had the domain installed but then I removed it and added different credentials and added it again.
