am still not clear how to go about upgrade oaths hence my post here for views /suggesstions and correct path to be taken
how do one decide if its good to upgrade 8.2 to 8.3 , other than test which we do in our labs( which might not be covering any more issues with test demo verison of plesk )
is there any seperate forums for following such threads or may plesk support releases any kbs in specific category ?( my queries might sound silly )
i have a plesk 8.2.0.1 box as of now and thinking of upgrading it to plesk 8.3 but i dont to uprgade anything n fact reason am thinking of upgrading is that sever is bahaving too slow at times and plesk engine takes more than 20-30 seconds at times ,
there is not load on server otherwise
just one -2 domains we rae running smartermail 4.3 and smartertickets alongwith sql server 2005
also is 8.2.0.1 upgradable to 8.3 directly?
