• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Upgrade to plesk 10.01 and include_path doesn't work

New Pleskian
Since I update to plesk 10.01 with all the same problems that usually, I discover, after all the rest, that no domains couldn access anymore to the files in the php_include_path, without any other message than the file didn't exist, but it was there
After hours, I found that changing the the owner (root) to psacln + userdomain, it could work for that domain (but not for the others).
Further on I found that passing from CGI to apache module make it working for all domains, but I would like to keep the CGI mode.
PHP safe mode is off.

Any idea where it comes from.

Are you sure that you have not enabled VPS Optimized Mode?

No and I can't have it: it's a updated version and I don't have the pp10.0.0-vps-optimized EZ installed.
I really don't understand because it's a new installation of the SO: centos 5 with the mod_security and suhosin.
I tried and removing these 2 package, but result is the same.
