• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Upgrading from 12.0.18 to 12.5 on CloudLinux 7.1 not possible

New Pleskian
Hello,

I have waited for some time to try an upgrade now - and I don't know if CloudLinux 7.1 is yet supported. So this error I report might be known.

I get the announcement that 12.5.30 is available and that I can upgrade.
The update process informs me then, that

"Die neueste Version des Parallels Installationsprogramms konnte nicht abgerufen werden: Die erforderliche Version '3.17.24' konnte nicht auf dem Server gefunden werden. Das liegt eventuell an einem Konfigurationsfehler auf der Download-Seite. Herunterladen des Pakets https://autoinstall.plesk.com/Parallels_Installer/parallels_installer_CloudLinux_7_x86_64.md5sum fehlgeschlagen: The requested URL returned error: 404"

which means in english, that the file "https://autoinstall.plesk.com/Parallels_Installer/parallels_installer_CloudLinux_7_x86_64.md5sum" isn't available on the remote side.

Error or do I simply need to wait a few weeks/months longer?

Thank you very much
kind regards
Mario Gaida
