upgrading license

upgrading license
as i was upgrading from a 30 domain license to a plesk plus
my server keeps resetting my license to a unlicenced
version

that keeps me from servicing my clients

what the F¤#&%" is happening here

it keeps saying my license is invalid

i need some help here ASAP

and since the normal routes to get service in a company does not apply here !!!

ill try my luck here if this is the standart
this was the last time i put my money with sw-soft

sad but it looks right it tastes right but the service is just ALARMING UNAVAILEBLE

THATS NOT RIGHT for a soft that pricy


we have panels for our linux servers that spins just fine that are free and they have better service than this !!!!!!

It seems that you have Plesk.7.5.4. To fix it you should download and install ftp://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/plesk7.5.4_update051003.15.msp

Nope dosent do the trick

hmm it seems like the license i got from sw soft does not work

the name is PLSK- xxxxx and so on but with the extension .sh

the old license has the extention .exe

maybe they upgraded my win license with an linux license

if thats the case i can only shake my head

!!
