• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

[urgent] 20 000 in local qmail queue & growing

Hello

This issue is kind of urgent so i would appreciate any suggestions, links or anything that may help.

We have about 20 000 in queue that qmHandle shows as local (thus processed).
We turned qmail off to fix this but this number is rapidly increasing (about 20 a minute) as soon as we start qmail back again.

The messages are to existent and non existent mailboxes.
Qmail is configured to forward all mail to nonexistent mailboxes to a special badmail@ address but it seams that they just stay in local queue.

Thank you for any help.

Addition: Spamassasin is off & DrWeb also off. So this seems to be just a qmail or its settings issue.
It also seems like qmail is delivering processed local messages to mailboxes very slow thus the local queue is constantly growing because of those badmail@ messages (messages to non-existent users).
